If it is due to purchasing vouchers at Aeon with different code, try pursuing further. I successfully file a dispute with Maybank.

I believe you should be able to set it to any amount that you want. CS will definitely inform you otherwise. I successfully set my trigger limit for CIMB once I include Bank Negara in the loop smile.gif I didnt bother to set for my old citibank card as I hardly use it laugh.gif

approval is about 7 working days is considered good actually.
i always avoid those 1st come 1st serve or limited promos, not a lucky person lol
