Called to reduce credit limit to below RM 10k for my Citibank Cashback.

The CS said cannot because that is the min limit. She said if I want a lower limit, I have cancel this card and apply for another lower grade card. sweat.gif

Yes, their product disclosure sheet had mentioned min credit limit

Just Call the Customer Service Request them to Waive Off Your Card Annual Fee or Offset It by Citi's Reward Point (24,400 Points = $195 AF) EZ ... laugh.gif
As for GST You can Offset it by Using Your Citi Reward Point (10,000 Points = $50 GST)

Next Time, If You want to get Annual Fee Waiver from Citibank Make Sure You Call them maybe 3 Months before Your Card Annual Date rolleyes.gif

Btw, When was Your Card Annual...??? hmm.gif

I just passed by Ikano. The whole Citibank Kiosk beside Starbucks went missing. It is just a piece of empty place now.
