If You Apply through Agent at Shopping Mal maybe will took Longer time coz the Agent Prefer Accumulate All Others Application & Submit One Lump Sum together... Usually, You will Know the Status of Your Application in 3 Weeks time

Last time, I have My Clear Card ready in 1 Month... via Agent in Shopping Mall rolleyes.gif
