no. they call me and say offer this to me.

You recall giving any consent?

If you didn't say yes, then file a complain and ask them to provide evidence that you accepted the card.

they did call and ask me to try. then they send the card. after i receive the card, i did nothing, nor activation. so they call again. since the card send to my hometown, i say will activate if i got it from my mum. so now they impose gst. anyway my question is, did the activation is the only final acceptance of their offer of this credit card?
*
Acceptance takes place when you sign and submit the application form, or in your case, giving any consent. I believe once the account no is generated, the GST will be imposed. Activate or not, in my opinion, is a security measure but has no bearing on the GST because most of the time, the GST will already appear at the online banking system.

I'm definitely joinging this promotion ... RM500 is the minimum and also maximum to earn RM150 cash back per week.

My tip : Shopping voucher / Petrol Card / Dining Card
*
This time, the shopping voucher must be under Supermarket code for the 30%.

Where to buy this Petrol card and Dining card?

Is Groceries based on the Merchant Name or MCC ?
As we know AEON Supermarket uses same MCC as departmental store.

Shell & Petronas have petrol cards available.
*
I am not sure on this, but at least I can confirm that the voucher counter at my place is listed as SMKT (AMEX 15% cash back experience) so either way works for me.

The cap is low but I guess it is fair since it lasts for 10 weeks.

Hi Ronnie and all,
Sorry i was not referring to the 30% (RM100*3). I am referring to the 10% rebate online billpayment started on 7 Nov.
Minimum online bill payment RM50 and get 10% cashback with a cap of RM5000 per week. Cycle starts on Monday ends Sunday.
It was an easy task. And i made sevaral online payments on 1215 am Monday morning. I called a few times previously to check and they keep saying the results are not out yet.  vmad.gif
And winners will not be published.
Anybody has won a 10% cashback on this promotion?
Thanks
*
do you have a copy of the terms and condition?

Yes. But whats the use? I read and followed everything. If Citibank were to claimed all the winners made online payments on the first day between 12am to 1214am, i also cannot do anything.
*
I was referring to their reply that results not out yet, whether the announcement is delayed.

I'm not a Citibank credit card holder. But yesterday I received a sms from 63660.
"RM0.00 Citibank: Win a Samsung Galaxy W or 200k Rewards Points with your new Citibank Platinum card. Reply YES now to 66399. T&C apply."
Is this a scam?
Did somebody use my ID to apply a Platinum card?
*
Give a call to Citibank CS and provide your IC, see if there is any record of CC or not.

Hi, I interest in citibank shell card and my salary is less than 2k, is I eligible to apply?
*
Don't think you are eligible as the Minimum Income Requirement is RM24,000 per annum (same as bank negara minimum).
