Was going to terminate my Clear Card when this 30% cashback promo came in. Participated in week 6 and 8.

Awaits my cashback now. Then will proceed to terminate this card. Not much of a use already since OC and MB2 Amex came into action.

My Premier Miles is officially terminated. Took about 7 working days.

Any retention method used by Citibank ?

No offer mentioned. The officer asked for my reason and if I want to re-consider.

This card has served me well, free gift upon application, lounge access, bill payment promos, vouchers redemption

Any got their 30% CB by website enrollment but not SMS?

The min amount for SMS Auto Alert is RM201?
anyway to set it to rm1 or better rm0.01? this is critical to avoid fraudulent activity. n just get my card 2day.

How did you set the SMS Transaction Alert to RM1 ???

i'm asking juz login into the online account n found d min sms auto alert amount is rm201, which is high. would prefer to set at rm1

I believe you should be able to set it to any amount that you want. CS will definitely inform you otherwise. I successfully set my trigger limit for CIMB once I include Bank Negara in the loop I didnt bother to set for my old citibank card as I hardly use it

This is a bit of a shot in the dark, but does anyone here hv Citi Rewards Platinum card?
I was seriously considering MBB2 (for the AMEX) but saw that this card also has the 5x Rewards point.
Do u guys know other benefits they offer, compared to the likes of UOB One, OCBC Titanium, MBB2. Thx!

Anyone here tried to convert their exist Premier Miles card to the new Premier Miles card while retaining their existing points? Cos the new premier miles will accrue points faster, thinking of switching but not sure bout how they handle the existing points..
