Did you guys realized the requires points for redemption will be increase by MORE THAN double the time starting from 8 December and worst is that the points will stop along with 0.5% cashback next year UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!!! Just got this card and now really thinking that perhaps I should give up on this one, from being the 2nd most useful card in my wallet, it degrades to most useless right now....

i think most now apply only for the one time cashback..

for long term usage

ocbc titanium + m2u 2c win hands down

agreed using M2u 2C usually but only the Amex part as their counterpart wasnt too good, at first think of Std Ctd at least had unlimited 0.5% cashback, better than the 2C Visa, but now they are so terrible.......

just called their service center, guys pls redeem before 8th Dec, the point and cashback system is said to be cancelled forever unless the management decides otherwise and will be replaced with some other discounts for target stores instead. This is officially now in my fridge awaiting its cutting time.....

I just re-read the T&C at SCB's website, and now there's 15% cash back on petrol, capped at RM100 for Online applications of Business Platinum cards. The campaign period is only for 6-months and there's also a maximum cap of 8.7million payout by SCB.

Sounds like a good promotion!

Cash is better than the smart tag. you could buy it at Toll outlet.

RM250 is enough u to get both the smart tag and RM100 touchngo card.

As far as im concerned, 15% cash back is only applied for Option 2. Option 1 doesn't have the 15% offer.
[  Petrol CashBack is capped at RM68 per month per customer for applications via the Bank’s branches or direct sales agencies. This CashBack is further subject to a maximum total Petrol CashBack of RM8,700,000 from 7 November 2012 to 31 July 2013, across all the Bank’s customers in this Campaign.]

The agent told me the nationwide cap for the 15% petrol will be used to cap the applicants of this option, so the maximum rebate gain by all applicants every month will collectively come to this amount, so everyone who got this can get up to the max rebates within the 6 months (or until July).

Everyone will get RM68 maximum rebate per month, so total of RM408 per card over the 6 months. Say if they say the maximum nationwide cap is RM40800, then it means they will only issue 100 cards under this promo, RM8,700,000 is probably the nearest figure....
