5. The following charges or transactions will not earn any points under this Promotion:
 
5.1  All fees and charges such as annual fees, cash advance fees, cash advance amounts, interest and late payment fees;
5.2  Transactions made at petrol stations with these merchant codes: 5172, 5541, 5542, 5983, 6000, 6001, 6002, 6003, 6004, 6005, 6006, 6007, 6008, 6009, 6010 and 6011;
5.3  Transactions such as insurance premiums, and bill payments
5.4  Charges which are subsequently reversed, voided, disputed or charged-back to the credit card.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the points awarded under the abovementioned transactions.

Why no point?

Fees and charges, and reversed and voided charges don't earn points for all other cards anyway.

I use my Amex for petrol to earn 5X points, and I can use my other cards too for insurance premiums and bill payments.
