finally they called

Claimed my other CC are all below 24 months old (with good payment record by the way whistling.gif ) - so they rejected. Now they help me 'appeal' and only offer RM300 (before GST deduction)

I argued it is not my fault your system send me an unsuccessful application and thus i did not send in any document.

At the end i ask him to fly kite.

read my earlier post...agent claimed that all my other cc are below 2 years old and due to this they offer rm50 less on rebate

no idea but i did not managed to get rm350 rebate thus didnt proceed with it.

gonna try my luck with the sound bar for my ps3

I got a call from price solution - for the groupon promo they are also offering RM55 rebate on top of the promised gift (Phillip Sound Bar or Groupon RM300 credit + powerbank)

IMHO better deal than the Rm350 cash back if you do use the 'free gift'.

Any call from SC?

I had the same experience when i applied for the cash back promo. The CS claimed my other CC are too young (<2 years old) but i told him all were with good payment record. He tried to reduce RM50 from the rebate and i told him to fly kite.

Anyway i tried again with the Groupon Promo, basically apply online and send in the documents on the same day. The next day CS called for verification and till now no news.

Last week they have a booth at my office to promo...displaying some luggage (Was thinking because of MATTA Fair). Will check later if there are still there and not sure if they are giving the same.
