I also have a similar question, I notice there's annual fee of RM250 listed on their website for platinum visa but here sounds like noone ever pays it. For new card applicant (approved 1 July) do I have to pay?

Just got this card platinum visa, the 15% cash back applies to reloading touch and go also? Assuming the petrol station allow, of course

Anyone can advise, I have a Stan Chart CC and my wife has a Stan Chart savings account which wanna use to pay the bill for the CC.

As far as I know, with other bank (Maybank, OCBC) this is done by doing a fund transfer to an account number which is just the CC number, but when I want to add a registered payee that way keep getting error 99999.

What's the correct way to do this?

And I got confirmation from SCB call center, not possible to pay 3rd-party SCB CC bill... so I can pay my wife's bill from another bank but not using my same bank account just cos diff name? Unfortunately CS agent was so nice and polite I didn't feel nice to sound him...

T&C says 30-60 days. Why got such discrepency?

And you misunderstand my complaint. I want to pay my CC statement amount, but not allowed to use my wife's SC savings account to pay it due to name difference. However if I use my wife's *insert bank here* savings account to IBG transfer no problem. So for me, why use other banks can but SCBC own account cannot? CS said 'technical issue', then I as customer say 'then modify system la'.

Yah I know not IBG hence system interpret differently.

For me, banks should be making it easier for the customer to use their services, like CASA. In this particular situation its easier and more flexible for me to IBG from another bank than from the same bank.

Analogy - if I own multi-storey restaurant and have the rule that only shops on the same floor can deliver to tables on same floor but competitor can deliver to any floor, I think I will change my rule/system.

Read earlier on. The '15%' is a con, effective cash back is much less. Hint: minimum spend to qualify for the cashback.

Bodohla Stan Chart, until now haven't gotten single cent of 15% cash back even though using the card since start of July. Call CS they're very polite and all but can't tell me what the issue is, just can 'raise a service request'. At first said '30-60 days' (even on this thread also I was told that) but last time I called they said '60-90 days'..... 60 days pass jor, if 90 days pass then I'll be told '90-120'?

T&C removed from their website already AFAIK....
