This price solution is pissing me off. Since no more points are given and zero benefits from using SC card, I try to cancel my card and they say I cannot cancel because I already receive the cash-back and must retain the card for a period of time.

Is it possible to call them and tell them the card is lost? Then cancel it that way?

Finally got all my credit cards cancelled. I called the bank and said that I've lost all my cards and ask them to cancel immediately. If they send me replacement cards I will not activate them. Problem solved. Bye bye standard chartered forever.

Even if they did send me replacement cards, and I refuse to activate those replacement cards, what can they do? Those replacement cards will not activate itself.
