I applied online also, but 3 weeks after I apply SCB told my my card (plat business) is not avail for this supp promo. Then tell me unless i open the normal card that is on promo. I declined. Few days later some dude text my mobile and say its avail now and asked if i want to proceed to get the supp plat visa. i reply yes and it has since then been processed.

OK fine, then it follows by. GST and annual fees will be waived even though no usage for one year. Then, free one tabung I think. This part, I'm not sure if I heard wrongly... Free trips to Thai.
