That's correct, the cashback will be given up to RM300 if eligible, it doesn't matter how many card you get approve and only one card with maximum RM300 will be given cashback. one account can nominate up to 5 supplementary card only.

Junlone,

A new customer to bank will enjoy 1.99% within first 5 month since approval within first 50% limit. It should be rejected because there should be remaining limit or you will not able to use your card if choose for 100%. just saw your attachment, to be reconfirm the rates, please call customer service to resolve and get the information.

Junlone,

Different department can offer different rates, it subject to the manager and campaign learning based on the department. Maximum is 90% from contact centre. Only balance transfer plus is 2.99%, effective interest rate 5.47% and it a reducing basis.

Basically, it a mind trick. visa translucent card offer 0% up to 12 month installment plan but monthly fee RM8 that need to be paid. while other card waived annual fee for 1st year but offer 1.99% up to 12 month installment plan. If you take RM5k balance transfer for visa translucent, you paid 0% for the interest if you paid according to the statement but paid monthly fee which total RM96. while other card with 1st year annual fee, RM5k balance transfer with 1.99% will charge you RM99.50 interest. the only different is you can save your money for interest if amount to be transfer is a huge number.

Any cards from standard chartered bank do not charge any penalty fee for cancellation. You may try for visa translucent, card cancellation can only be done if it is not yet activated, zero outstanding amount, no block and do not have any existing PLC account tagged or tenure remaining. Just like wordmiles card, it can be cancel if it is not activated but still subject to bank approval for new card termination, usually need to hold at least 6 month period.

If your card still not yet activate, the chance is greater. Worldmiles card that not yet activate can do termination by calling standard chartered bank.

The re-instate is subject to bank policy. As per system, the point will be expired after 3 year except priority banking card. If the statement already shown the date of expire, then re-instate will not be given. It not matter whether any intention because any business is about profit, as term and condition fully given information where it will expired after 3 year and clearly stated the information. VI (Visa Infinite) is subject to term and condition and spending criteria, it not free except promo and request by standard chartered bank.

Yes, the point currently is higher compare to previous version. customer may contact standard chartered bank and do a feedback for such reward system program, which also known 360 rewards. If credit card will be expired soon, standard chartered bank may issue a new card with prior to expiration date usually 1 month before the date except the code given in the system clearly stated standard chartered bank will not do any business to respective customer if found not suitable, as all bank have this system but only matter to customers.

Please get a definition how CCRIS work before you make your move about your situation. All promotion will be an end and will be valid till given promotion period only. It already stated very clearly during term and condition when the cashback will end. The major problem nowaday is most customers like to believe what people told them through a bare mouth without supporting document. please don't expect anything to be free as there will be no free lunch on this world. Only classic will not be given points or visa translucent, all points will be given except petrol transaction, cash withdrawal, insurance payment and bills payment. Retail transaction can only be considered given as points.

It's almost same, only major different will be credit limit assign to business platinum card will be higher compare to platinum card. plus, the advantage of business network on business events. Most people only apply because the classes is different but however, only platinum will be allow for supplementary card and business platinum will not be allowed to apply any supplementary card.

Yes, if found there are person gave any incorrect information. the victim may raise a complain against the agents. even though under partnership from outsource agency, it is not hard to be trace.

The bank relaunch the reward program with a program booster where can accelerated reward up to 5X for the first two month which is April and May 2013 for local spend. Local spend in that period will be given RM1 = 5 points excluded petrol transaction, insurance premium and bill payments.

After that period, it will be given RM1 = 1 reward points.

Technically, that's true. the waiver will be subject to business approval and segment. It's not definitely could be waive.

In short, payment apportionment can be activate by contact standard chartered staff whether branch or customer services. The derived for payment apportionment will be goes as given from the first to the last number,

1# Overdue amount
2# Minimum payment
3# Segregate payment according to card level from highest to lowest

The disadvantage is you are not allow to paid for your PLC account if minimum payment for PLC account already covered. usually, it need to be fully paid for credit card which include supplementary lines before it cover full payment for PLC account such as balance transfer account. That leave customer will lot of PLC account incur interest as credit card outstanding never end.
