Got my supplementary card sent to my address today took 4 working days after the approval sms

You need to contact Groupon, they handle the voucher, the approved list is given to them by SC. The voucher will not appear in your Groupon account, they will send it via email, a pdf format.

Normal post, good thing is they use clear plastic to protect the envelope so it will not get wet from rain

So far I have not encounter any problem with SC customer service.

I'm waiting for the balance of Rm270, since SCB have already credited Rm30

I believe the Rm30 is part of the Rm300 cashback for the supp card promotion, why I'm saying that. My Platinum principal card was under the Rm300 cashback promotion.

This is the first cashback credited to offset the gst which is Rm50


This is the second cashback that I can really use plus the balance of the Rm5 from the initial cashback


In the end, I'm only getting Rm250 to spend from the cashback for my principal card, but no complaint from me, it is still free Rm250


So I guess the same thing will happen to my supp card as well,

The initial cashback for supp card to offset the gst which is Rm25


Still waiting for the second cashback of Rm270, then add with the balance Rm5 from the initial cashback, I still get free Rm275 to spend

At the moment, your supp card have not receive the Rm30 cashback?

yup, it is only Rm250, a friend got the same amount for the business visa gold

Activate first by calling CS, you should have receive an sms with the activation code before this

probably going to take 60 days

Guys, I never had supplementary card before under my principal card. For SCB, do I make separate payment for purchases done from principal and supplementary card?

or do I just make payment on my principal card and it will auto pay my supplementary card outstanding?

My supp card was approved on 23rd Apr. Waiting next week Monday 24th Jun and see if the cashback will be credited

Anticipating another Rm270.. Just wondering if it will be credited to principal card or the supp card?

In that case, my supp card was activated on 1st May, I guess have to wait 1st July to see the cashback

I too got the Rm300, plus the Rm30 to my supp card and then minus the Rm25 for gst, that is a total of Rm305 from SCB.......

purely for the cashback
