Got Maybank and this SC. So, what are the benefits of SC card?
Good for foreign transactions? Online purchase? I use Maybank Visa for the EZpay and Treats Points.

yes, apart from what i have liste, you can call CS to ask too.

Stick to maybank visa for foreign transactions..imo, SCB is only good for discounts at selected dining outlets for now.

Really? Just got my Maybank Visa CL increased like last month.

just received my Business platinum card yesterday, surprisingly they provide 4x more credit limit than my PBB Credit card

Have you activated your card? How to check credit limit?

Just call the SCB CS for info...

call up the service center to activate the card, and i've done the e-banking for the statement as well

Mine showed Combined Credit Limit though I only have 1 SC card. This is my first.

Slowly, your CL will Increase after your have Card no.2, Card no.3 So & so....with SCB

Mine didn't increase even with 7 SCB CCs ... that's sad, right ?

I have 1 SCB CC only , the card CL never Increased Since 2009...

When first applied in Oct (Plat, through online) - Few days after receiving the card, Online show the Cash Back RM300. Minus tax RM50, usable RM250.

2 days later, got a called to offer Biz Plat, accept, card arrive few days later, Online again show the RM300 Cash Back. Minus tax RM50, usable RM250.

Total RM500 spend - (finish using )

Today, check Online show 1 of the card received another RM100.
Not sure if will get another RM100 on the Biz Plat

Don't know sad or happy since they "killed" off the benefits.

New Cash back seem to be RM400 (RM300 + RM100 later)

Today I check the points reward, it is ridiculously raising on points for redemption.

Eg. RM100 voucher need 67000pts (previously 32000pts only!!!)

Seriously thinking to cancel this card since no more all benefit like KLIA lounge access and 0.5% cashback. No extra points for spending oversea also!!!

supposedly i could redeem my air miles.. and possibly could get a free flight to london.

now they changed the points from 7800points to 1000 airmiles, to a ridiculous 43000 points to 1000 airmiles.

on Nov 25th, i applied for business visa platinum, ended up they give me GOLD business visa. so, ok fine.

secondly, they changed the cashback rm300/250 free gifts to stupid smart tag, cash back rm55 and 15% cash back on petrol! i didnt ask for that, but they simply give. I had called up CS and gave them a piece of my mind, and mr Edward from CS has helped me to launch a report for this. As far as i know, SCB didnt come out with the new choices of gifts until 1st dec. So my application may had falled into the new choices but they should hv phoned and asked me which of the gifts i wanted, instead of sending my application for the smart tag choice!

Got my card yesterday...but can't activate bcoz the cs told me that i don't have the activation code. Ask me to wait for 24hours.

I only got the temporary online banking pin trough sms. Btw, i'm still confused about the benefits of the platinum biz card. They didn't send any product brochures together with the card and the website lack of info.

Finally, today received petrol cash back for usage on September. They took extra 28 calendar days than stated in T&C to credited it...
