i received 2 calls from the same person on the same product after 2 hours in the same day

Yah I know not IBG hence system interpret differently.

For me, banks should be making it easier for the customer to use their services, like CASA. In this particular situation its easier and more flexible for me to IBG from another bank than from the same bank.

Analogy - if I own multi-storey restaurant and have the rule that only shops on the same floor can deliver to tables on same floor but competitor can deliver to any floor, I think I will change my rule/system.

i would like to ask , izzit the pertol rebate 15% is permanence ? cause last time that guy was help me register and told me, said pertol 15% rebate is forever ...and now i see your topic about the promotion.

I tried to apply SC Groupon Philips Soundbar promo, but in less than 24 hours, I received sms said application unsuccessful. Few days after that, their agent called me said system made a mistake, ask me to resend all the relevant doc to their manager email add. Is it new tactic? Suddenly I'm applying their credit card through agent and she said I'm still eligible to get the gift if my card approved before end of this month.

Anyone manage to get the Philips Soundbar?

I didn't rcv SMS, only rcv call from agent on verification and told me in progress.

Almost a month now - no call / email / sms on the status.

Anyone else waited a long time to receive their SCB credit card? I applied in the third week of July because I wanted to switch to another credit card for Balance Transfer. The officer who called me recommended me to take Platinum (I applied for gold) and said the annual fee would be waived for the first two years. When I asked her about the annual fee for the next years, she told me it was RM250, which is really expensive but she said I could always call the CSR and have it waived.

Anyways, it's been three weeks and still haven't received my card although I've received SMSs and a statement through the email. Contacted their customer service and they keep saying 'it's been delayed due to the Hari Raya holiday'. *sighs* Really not worth it.

What SMSs? Already receive statement and missing card? Lack of response from customer service?

My advice, file a complaint to Bank Negara.

also,one thing is, the sms alert is delaying... when i tried to pay my saman today... ><

received my cash reward for principle and supp card application more than rm700 (gst not offset yet) without any spending.

Another old scb card but apply with new supp card for me also rewarded with rm300 cash without any spending also.

new card also comes with 6 months 0% balance transfer. cool cool cool.

Best of all, 2 years annual fee waived.

Exactly and Gold and Plat got the same income requirement. I
Luckily this is not my priority card, once I spend the cash back, I will keep it in my drawer.

my groupon application also failed

how come my SCB card stated no rewards point, i check my account online, sometime they give me few hundred point... i dont know base on what they give rewards point, i thought SCB Platinum 360 reward has been stopped previously right?

i got 3 sms today.. SCB temporary password + acknowledgement abt updated email address to their system + CC ending no. w/ activation code.

why so complicated with protocols? i got my maybankard2 classic easy as ABC.
