QUOTE(keith1108 @ Aug 14 2013, 04:12 PM) 02 Aug - Applied for VISA Plat supp card for my mom thru' the supplementary card promotion. Done it online. Since then, never received any call from Price Solution team or even from the bank for verification purpose. 12 Aug - Received an SMS stated the card is en-route. 13 Aug - I never activate the card yet however, checked via internet banking and found that $300 has been credited into my principal credit card account. The flow is not following as per what stated in the supplementary card promotion T&C. The money is credited into the principal cc account instead of the supp cc account. I understand that this has been stated very clearly in the T&C, but to my point of view, it doesn't serve the purpose as what stated in their promotion ads. I don't see it as a way to pamper your loved one but it is more like using your loved one's personal details to get more cash back for yourself. Keith1108, Kindly assist to provide your screenshot, that will be great if include code, substantial amounts, and number of account under standard chartered bank. the code with cashback should be "STP". if not mistaken depend promo code. Getting Started

|
Just want to share with fellow new SCB cardholders on multiple cards payment. Apparently auto-apportionment is not set by default. CODE We note your enquiry with regards to Credit Card payment.
Please be advised that you will have to arrange for separate payment.
Alternatively, you may set up payment apportionment if you are a full paymaster.
The payments received will be auto-apportioned to the card accounts based on the following pre-defined order:-
(i) Minimum amount based on number of days past due;
(ii) Current minimum amount due on the principal card account;
(iii) Current minimum amount due on the supplementary card account;
(iv) Current latest billing statement outstanding on the principal card account (difference between current outstanding less current minimum payment due);
(v) Current latest billing statement outstanding on the supplementary card account;
(vi) Transactions made to the principal card account not captured in the current billing statement;
(vii) Transactions made to the supplementary card account not captured in the current billing statement;
(viii) Remaining balances (if any) after 1 to 7 above, the amount will be credited to the principal card account.
Please confirm should you still wish to proceed with the request for our further action.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care hotline at 1-300-888-888 or +603-77118888 if dial in from overseas.
Thank you for banking with Standard Chartered.

Thank you for banking with Standard Chartered. [/code] clearcase, In short, payment apportionment can be activate by contact standard chartered staff whether branch or customer services. The derived for payment apportionment will be goes as given from the first to the last number, 1# Overdue amount 2# Minimum payment 3# Segregate payment according to card level from highest to lowest The disadvantage is you are not allow to paid for your PLC account if minimum payment for PLC account already covered. usually, it need to be fully paid for credit card which include supplementary lines before it cover full payment for PLC account such as balance transfer account. That leave customer will lot of PLC account incur interest as credit card outstanding never end. This post has been edited by adolph: Aug 15 2013, 01:23 AM

Local spend in that period will be given RM1 = 5 points excluded petrol transaction, insurance premium and bill payments. After that period, it will be given RM1 = 1 reward points. I was referring to JustOne Titanium. 1 Choice Point for RM2 spent.

QUOTE(king_lover23 @ Aug 15 2013, 09:06 PM) i see... but my credit agent just told me so, is he lying? king_lover23, Maybe he's not. In fact, that is the way to advice customer for previous year. Bank policy always update and change term and condition without any notice other than respective attention party, It almost change every month. A salesman only will be given information on how to achieve target and generate revenue.
