I applied the supp card about 2 weeks ago for rm 300 cash back. I submitted the IC but, unfortunately, it could not went through. Thus i resend on the next day, which is monday with exact case number as the email title.

The next day, someone from Price SOlution called me and request for an IC since they could not locate through email.

Before i resend, i was told that since it is applied via PRice Solution, i will only receive rm 280, which i am absolutely fine.

But, as you mention, the cash back of 300 only applicable to the person who applied without a block or glitch. So, what is your take on this issue?

Can i apply for total 7 credit cards in order to obtain cash back respectively? that mean total cash back (RM350 x number of cc)? Or it is just one time cash back regardless how many cc you apply?

02 Aug - Applied for VISA Plat supp card for my mom thru' the supplementary card promotion. Done it online. Since then, never received any call from  Price Solution team or even from the bank for verification purpose.

12 Aug - Received an SMS stated the card is en-route.

13 Aug - I never activate the card yet however, checked via internet banking and found that $300 has been credited into my principal credit card account.

The flow is not following as per what stated in the supplementary card promotion T&C.
The money is credited into the principal cc account instead of the supp cc account. I understand that this has been stated very clearly in the T&C, but to my point of view, it doesn't serve the purpose as what stated in their promotion ads. I don't see it as a way to pamper your loved one but it is more like using your loved one's personal details to get more cash back for yourself.

T&C says 30-60 days. Why got such discrepency?

And you misunderstand my complaint. I want to pay my CC statement amount, but not allowed to use my wife's SC savings account to pay it due to name difference. However if I use my wife's *insert bank here* savings account to IBG transfer no problem. So for me, why use other banks can but SCBC own account cannot? CS said 'technical issue', then I as customer say 'then modify system la'.

received my cash reward for principle and supp card application more than rm700 (gst not offset yet) without any spending.

Another old scb card but apply with new supp card for me also rewarded with rm300 cash without any spending also.

new card also comes with 6 months 0% balance transfer. cool cool cool.

i applied gold. so cashback is only 250.. used it all..

so today nth to do. login to check if its now tally to be 0 amount outstanding. but to my surprise:
