Can we trust those htel booking agency like Expedia.com.my or Hotels.com? I am afraid that the hotel did not have a record pf my booking even I have made the payment.

Do you think it is always offer a lower price for the hotel booking agency than the price quoted by the hotel itself?

This is my first time have the intention to book my room via the hotel booking agency.
