HI! I am planning a staycation in KL and wondering if there's any hotels with amazing views of KL City or KLCC. Preferably somewhere affordable (4/3 star hotels). Any suggestions?

I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental and a few others around the park. The Hyatt has the best room view, Mandarin is a bit too close to see the full towers. However Mandarin's service is at another level altogether

If you're focusing on the view, rather than booking a room, get an executive room where you have access to the lounge which almost always has a much better panoramic view. Hyatt has floor to ceiling windows which offer some amazing views, heck even DoubleTree KL has some fantastic views of KL

Thanks! Those are very expensive room. I stayed at Garden Inn by Hilton in Chow Kit area and it was nice. The room is basic but managed to get a room with the view of the Twin Towers and KL Tower. The rooftop bar is also nice but when I stayed there, there were plenty of Malay families who don't know how to use the pool properly.

Thanks! I decided to stay at Garden Inn by Hilton in Chow Kit because the rate is cheap and it has nice views. Maybe will stay at the fancy hotel during Raya.

Based on my experience.

Four Season > Grand Hyatt > Mandarin > Traders.

All so expensive. But maybe I'll go there when I saved enough money. Thanks!

You can try Corus Hotel.
I stay one night before. Fast internet, can get Half Twin Tower view in very closed range.

Lobby Bar are good. I still can remember the taste of Tequila Sunrise.

Closed to Pelita Nasi Kandar for Breakfast and supper.
