It does work like magic, but only use it as a last resort or sparingly. Excessive usage will limit their phsical learning like flipping, crawling etc.. As for making head rounder, i alsodoubt this. Ur baby will still sleep facing upwards and so it will still flatten the head behind. Imo the best is still sleep terbalik. The baby feel more secure, stomach less air
