Some people say it is not advisable as baby will get 'brain damage' due to the shaking?!! Not sure. My boy using it since 2 months old. Reason is he will sleep soundly after the swinging motion. Bought an automatic swinger as well. I feel if baby has no problem sleeping, there's no need to start him on this habit.

You must be very very uncomfortable/scared to have the experience as a memory up till today...haha, poor kid...
