frutie , I believe you connected to less congested tower .  from what I experienced , in my case , the tower that nearer to my house is highly congested despite with good rssi , thus I avoid it like a plague . while the other 3 towers ( not in my sight , don't know where they are ) could easily get me 40 - 50% higher speed despite with lousy rssi .

by the way , i want to thx chua for pointing out cell id ( the culprit ) and this has clear my doubt why I get good rssi but lousy speed and vice versa . at the moment , I don't tweak my tx power and I don't use panel ( which always direct me to the nearest tower ) .

thats what i thought...  so many users affected eh? must be quite big service/maintenance/upgrade going on right now....  if its for LTE then good 

I m used E173, i feel weird why they change colour......then everytime chnage colour i will check MDMA, RAT...

If blue colour..will get 3g..if get turqoise colour..will get HSDPA/HSUPA

but if u said it when i didnt used it..when streaming also it change colour....it not about save power i think..while surfing also change colou

only firmware version of  11.113.17.20 on E372 works fine with 201.106.5-002 on HW550-3g

YTD i flash the firmware of E372 to 11.203.03 after that my hw550 cant detect the modem anymore. i tried 11.203.05 , 11.305.15.00, 11.113.21.00 gives the same result.

a minute just now, i found 11.113.21.00 and it solved my problem.
