All you need is the service records of the car to verify the mileage. Any car sold without service records indicates that it has not been maintained properly, esp if it only had one owner. Not just the last record but the entire record of every service.

QUOTE(Scissorshand @ Nov 11 2012, 02:53 PM) Only cost less than $300 to reset, for car dealer even cheaper!!! Yeap, it's very easy to do if you have the tools. All used/recon car dealers do it! Digital one is actually easier to reset to any number you want. You can call and pay some people to do it for you.

It is very easy. Search for it on YouTube, any car can be tampered with, and it usually only takes a few minutes.
