The penalty wasn't a penalty to begin with, nor can i say Arteta penalty was really piss poor
i can understand the frustration,i guess i gotta adapt to the current thread environment
let it be dark and gloom for a day or 2

QUOTE(sickx @ Nov 11 2012, 11:50 AM) The most noticable thing that i noted last night: The Emirates was louder when we were behind. Then, we got the equalizer. That's whatt fans do. Get behind the team, cheer as loud as they can. Every tackle won, every successful dribble, the crowd was louder than usual. Next week is NLD. Provided that all our players return from international unacathed, NLD should be the perfect time to show our real strength. meanwhile in some where in LYN forum, people are giving it a thought of boycott and such, full of win |

QUOTE(undentifyxd @ Nov 12 2012, 05:35 PM) damm i failedhow can i not cavanize him i know Cavani is a really good player, but what type of striker is him? i have not watch enough of him expect for a couple of range shots if AW does plan to get another striker, surely we gotta let go chamakh and then personally id prefer if we can get a poacher type of striker, somebody with the calibre of ruud van nistelrooy and hernandez as we already have giro to hold the ball perhaps walcott is capable on taking that role but i don't think AW is going to give in to that anytime soon |

then do not want liao,of course they are still good players
but they are xpensive and i reckon not really the best of interest for our striker department go hijack chicharito if ever possible lol or look else where perhaps huntelaar not to bad of a choice i guess, cheap and gettable |

QUOTE(lone_wolf @ Nov 12 2012, 07:21 PM) I don't fancy Huntelaar hard to say ehh, for a poacher of course speed is important but i think the more important part is how he find gaps and space in the box to exploitmany says Giroud slow, Huntelaar 10 times more slower.... I think Papis Demba Cisse should suitable for our style or Oribe Peralta... that guy the epidemy of "Fox In The Box" you need not be super fast, RvN is not the fastest of striker..but he always get into the right position to nod it in anyways no worries, let January come and we will know |

yes i understand the need for a LB
but i figure surely we need a new striker if chamakh is not in favor any more and a poacher type of striker is perhaps just what we need to open up stubborn defence if Giro were to get injured, this thread would go on a melt down mang ask yourselves |

QUOTE(Casanova88 @ Nov 19 2012, 04:09 PM) Dude, Walcott is not a world class player like RVP. Btw, Ox is far better than him & we got Giroud to score the goals. Remember Serge Gnabry is expected to replace Walcott soon. and you think Sterling is going to provide us that world class material? over walcotterrr, okayyy i cant argue to that, maybe there is some slight truth in it...but not atm sir, not atm |

QUOTE(sigheart @ Nov 22 2012, 05:54 AM) I'm just glad we are through. I don't see much difference if we finish first or second this year. Highly likely as it stands: i was about to investigate on this as well, but thanks for sharingIf we finish second in the group: Porto, Barca, Bayern, Dortmund, Shakhtar or Malaga If we finish first in the group: Real, Juve, Milan, PSG, Benfica, Gala or Valencia All very good teams finish first or 2nd still bump into really strong teams |

^its hard to please some peeps ,oh well suit themselves
anyway "We play to finish top of the group," he added. "If you look at some of the groups, like Dortmund and Real Madrid, you don't know whether it's better to finish first or second. But, statistically, it's better to finish first." |

i may be silly to think this,
i know the rain cant be used as a main excuse for this draw but it totally affect everybody mang, make both us and villa look like we are training for 90 minutes each side lost possession countless time, poor crosses, slippery ball, etc every other game i would have been utterly disappointed with the draw, not so much for today |
