About Arsene Wenger, i'll continue to support him because i believe it's the best for the club. He value the bond between player and manager above everything else. Those eleven player on the pitch that you see every week, they are playing for the manager, for the club. If Wenger were to leave the club, you can expect couple of player will follow suit. Most of them are here because of Wenger, they believe in him, they believe they can improved and win titles under his guidance rather than last big fat paycheck as sole motivation. Just look at QPR for the exact opposite.
Also, what Wenger do with Diaby and Ramsey today is exactly the same what he did with RvP and countless other in the past. Few years ago, RvP was deemed unneeded by some section of the fans because of the abundance of attacking player and his injury record. Thierry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp, Jose Reyes, Wiltord, Eduardo, Adebayor and even Chamakh are more than enough to pose a dangerous attacking threat. They said, why wasting your time and resource developing an injury prone, hot-headed young lad? Why not just cash-in and bring another striker? Eventually, Wenger persistence prevail, and make sense although it came to an abrupt end. No one trust their player more like Wenger do, not even the greatest manager in the world -- Alex Ferguson. Wenger is certainly not the best tactician out there. But he make that up with his infinite passion and love for the club and his squad. All manager in this world care about result and performance on the pitch, but not everybody care inside and outside of the club like Wenger does. For me, that's more than enough. Be grateful for what you have. |

In that sense yes, his ruthless bring his club trophies. But in football, viewed from different perspective, there's so much of it than accolades, trophies, achievements, award, glories.
Also, i won't trust blindly something like that. It's so easy to spread rumour with everything at your fingers. Just like fake bin bag protest last year. |

it's from the analysis of the game. not that we know of they dont play for the manager anymore.
but when we look at the previous game, they seems to look at the player as if they dont know who are they playing for. it's just an analysis from those who watch the game at the stadium. |

Just seen the MOTD highlights. Haha 'Arry Redknapp. Harping on about all the good players he tried to sign at Tottenham, Cazorla this time. At this point we should be asking who hasn't he tried to sign.
Vincent Kompany said Arsenal have been the toughest team he has faced in the league this season. Should have won that game, bloody Gervinho. |

Quite funny to see Kompany appear for MOTD then comment on their performance against Villa there... Did he rush to BBC studio in London?

Been a very very long while since I posted in the Arsenal Street Talk, we were far some very convincing and been quite poor of late - that is pretty evident to all. So this result is always very very welcomed =) For those who don't know, we have celebrated St. Totteringham's Day since 1995 for 17 successive seasons
Meanwhile, I've came out with a few designs to commemorate this result If anyone is interested, we could group together and get the shirts made. What do you guys think? |
