walcott fits the henry prototype, let him stay. sterling on the other hand looks like an excellent crosser, but really why would we want him when we have AOC in the ranks? can we stop picking up young players and keep our own already?

wow, walcott's out and gervinho back in? a few months ago i wouldve been pleased to hear that. gervinho wont play in the CF position anymore, where he flourished for some time now that giroud's hitting a bright patch of form. that finish last week showed that he can be clinical with his foot too. but i'm worried about walcott being out, he has been connected with everything good we have for the past few weeks. his crossing has been brilliant. i'm not sure i'd pick gerv ahead of AOC right now.

but having gibbs back, i can imagine podolski jumping in joy

well... vermaelen's form hasnt been that great even prior to being LB. kosc and per have been good so far, do we want to break that partnership?

where are they in the EPL again?

rafa might enjoy it there, he has torres and mata to work with. not sure how lampard and terry will take it though initially.

who else is in the market?

damn Ollie G and Podolski have great chemistry, what an assist from G and what a volley from poldi. truly a goal out of last year (song/rvp)

i'd prefer malaga or gala from that list. santi cazorla to reunite with old friends. and from that second list i'd avoid real, juve, milan and psg as much as i can. not sure we want to play against ronaldo, pirlo or zlatan this early in the competition.

haha what's the deal with messisacker? joined in the game after poldi scored

i guess we should continue with ver/per/kosc/sagna for the time being eh? i dont want neither per nor kosc sacrificed to restore verm in the center, so that we can bring back gibbs.

wow..

u r willing to sacrifice gibbs for verm to play lb?  yawn.gif

more like i am willing to sacrifice verm to let per and kosc continue their partnership. but he's the captain, therefore should start.

tho i have no problems if gibbs come in and verm starts in the center, not like i hate any of them. except for one andre santos.

lol we really going for a forward? guess that's it for dear walcott, he's leaving for free. if we're getting a forward, after safely ruling out the cavanis and falcaos, huntelaar would be a not bad option

it'd be an interesting situation for huntelaar. he has the motivation of outperforming a certain holland forward who denied him a starting place in the euros. if he gets in the EPL and outperforms RVP he might get a starting place for the next WC.

the thing is, we already have ollie who is gaining momentum. i'm sure neither ollie nor huntelaar would wanna play second fiddle.

i dont know... best not treat them lightly... the last team with similar form is norwich, got blasted by chelsea 5-0, then winning against us 1-0. last thing we need is complacency.
