Google for it. But it is good if you start to design your own from ground zero (use case scenarios, roles and test case to gather all the true requirement). Normally, the samples are already coded and you will refrain from doing the modification on it. So this may cause the system is not meeting the requirement at the end. It is best to do everything your own, you gain a lot during the process.

I have a book that can teach you this step by step but it's not in PDF format. SitePoint book, exactly what u need - ASP.NET + VB.NET + Shopping Cart.

its depends what other things to include into ur website. of coz the more module u want to add in, the higher the price is.
