[WTA]ALL mobs less 10% HP ?, anybody experience it?

Anybody experience all White mobs less 10% HP before touching them..
i'm lvl60 ww barb p38 when i about to reach the MOBS all HP's bar has been deducted by almost 10% before i start WW/touching them is it a bug or it's kind heart from blizzard? |

Depends where the encounter took place. I've seen some mobs with their health already reduced at Stonefort during my key runs. 1 possible explaination is, the mobs were already fighting the NPC (the guards) before they switch to attack u.

it is possibly a bug caused by new patch with monster power - server shows the total health of the specified mp while client loads the health of one mp lowered. or something like that. only occur to me once when i saw a goblin not in full hp.
