why not inspira...big discount right now and its bang for buck in every way u stated

What's the discount for Inspira now? Last I heard is RM4,000

is a good car....
since it is almost the same as the Mitsubishi Lancer....

Monthly is not very high....

Mitsubishi or Proton car....
especially Insipra and Preve....
it could be a right choice, if talking about local car.

Hyundai Elantra...
no doubt..
the look.... very nice...! outside and inside....
only... maybe the resale value....

maintenance wise...
korean cars.. I am not really sure nowadays....

talking about discount...
quite a number of discounts given by many companies currently on most car makers.....
if you really ask for it from them....

My 1.6SX .... City around 10L/100KM - Highway 8L/100KM .... Calculated by fuelly.com with full tank based calculation.

I guess 2.0 FC ... City drive slightly higher... Highway will be same.

As I told you, the 2.0SX Fuel Consumption is slightly higher than 1.6SX in city drive

1) The best why we asked you to choose 2.0 is because there is no way you can find 2.0 CC below 100k. (beside potong Inspira).
2) 1.6SX is a bit underpower especially climb up the slope.

did try forte again this afternoon, drive highway is enjoyable, but if 2.0 better.

but for me i think korean car is normally cheaper than japs, but parts japs is cheaper.

you are wrong man. Try calculating the total cost of ownership and factor in the 5 year warranty the korean are giving.. while the japs they are still stuck with 3 years warranty. don't give me the crap that Japs car sturdy la.. first 5 year no problem bullshit. When i service my car.. I've seen more than enough Honda & Toyota fixing their dmgs with a big mouth open as well.

for elantra 1.6AT, highway drive about 13cents per km.
for city drive about 16cents per km.
if most of the time jam in heavy traffic, then would be about 19cents per km.

I was a bit surprise when found the Elantra fuel consumption almost same as Forte 1.6 or maybe slightly better even though it has better newer engine designed for fuel efficiency. Not only your FC comment, but I check many reviews also they telling same as you.

Korean car FC still cannot compete with Japanese/German Car. No doubt.

it's fc still reasonable with the car segment... of coz cant compare with city and vios.
if willing to pay more of coz still german or japanese car fc will be better ...
