well, i'm using the first one (DT-830B) myself and it serves my needs .
but i'm not a pro though.
the second one (DT9205A) is more suitable for the pro, whom for some reason need to measure capacitor. and there's more feature, the lcd screen is foldable up to around 70 degrees angle, larger LCD screen, comes with wrap around rubber/plastic for stand/protection/test-leads holder.
the third one (DT266) is suitable for high voltage (dangerous) measuring.

... in fact i did test and compare it with a fluke 110 on my computer. 12 volt, 5 volt and 3.3 volt are within 2 percent variation.
