kinrara mas location is very strategic and quite new ( < 3years ), KIDEX, LRT ( 1 Km ) and future Mega mall - Malton ( < 5 Km ), got Chinese scool, got pasar malam , got secondary school. Kinrara - Bukit Jalil corridor will very ONG in future.

Even facing graveyard also worth to buy, either for investment / own stay. It just so convenient.

I know there is better option out there but beer in mind - you able to afford or not ( duet, the zest, rimba residence  ).
If your financial is not strong enough and you desperate for a house, don't so choosy else you hard to own your first house.
