Hmm, based on my untrained eyes, I think the upper and upper left petals a bit out of focus? and the leaf at the bottom seemed unhealthy (not as nice as healthy ones haha) 

yea.. bigger size, and heavier also. ahhah

the petals too white/ bright, cant really see the details of the flower
and the background is "dirty", the orange thingy, i believe is a pipe or hose, that ruined the image, try shoot from another angle

Why ur iso use 6400?
i think flower a lil overexpose.. make bg darker would be better to make flower stand out perhaps..
