i dont know is star or just noise tongue.gif

the moon....well...shoot at 55-300mm @ 300mm + crop

cant expect good IQ from a cheapo dx lens
*
i've checked the exif and shows iso100

should be clean...

hello everyone:)
i want to ask something.. how to take night photo with the moon and the background together?.. i mean to make the moon looks clear, and details.. not too overexposed.
check spoiler for image..

i used ISO 100, small aperture and long exposure.. i hope otai here can teach me biggrin.gifD
currently, im using d5100 + 18-105mm lens..

thanks
*
u cant get the details of the moon if u use long exposure. whether using high iso or edit in photoshop by combining two pics

icic... hmm, i am thinking of getting it, but i got the 50mm 1.8G, just that sometimes i find the bokeh is too much, and the depth of field is too shallow..
*
if too shallow, just use smaller aperture la.. aduyai

yeah but doesn't seem to make much difference, unless i seriously step it down! i like my photo to have a bit of clear background like those kit lens "quality"... how is the depth of field of the 60mm when you shoot portrait?
*
for safety, use f/4 and smaller if u wanna whole body sharp. even on wide angle i usually use f/5.6 for group photo

Hi fellows,
Long time never chat in forum already.. Currently i would like to ask opinion from you guys. I am planning to buy a battery for external flash. I already surf through the web, and most of the ppl suggest using sanyo enelope or enelope XX. what you guys think about that?
*
i think it's good
