guys... just wanna ask regarding AP companies... S Link ok ar? saw someone selling Note 2 cheaper than even DirectD... and dun charge more for grey. but when asked, he said it's S Link set. 2 years warranty.

anyone had to deal with S Link before?

went to maxis KLCC yesterday, but no stock. Just wondering if any of you know any Maxis centre around Klang Valley has Note2?

So basically they ask u to go all the maxis center and check yourself. So helpful... 

thanks... but my experience with SME is not very much different. i'm still sore about my Note 1's charger (hissing sound). they gave me lame excuses and then finally said no longer under warranty.

and with SMe only giving 1 year warranty... and based on my past Samsung phones... 1st year dun really give me any problems.

so, i'm kinda bent on getting AP set this time around. at rm17xx... i think it's a good deal. the savings can be used to purchase the smart dock.

so now... back to my original Q... anyone gotten an AP set from S Link before? any issues when you had to claim? It would seem like they are an OK AP company -- saw someone remark that in another thread.

When buy ap always ask yourself this questions?

1) will they swap any accessories?
2) will they honour the warranty or put blame on you
3) are their technician well train to handle your phone or you become lab rat?
4) are the parts original? Where they buy the parts from?
5) will they close shop tomorrow?
6) is it worth sacrificing rm100 to rm300 vs original just imagine if anything above happen sme malaysia can choose to reject even u report they can't help you.
7 ) is the phone ap set or water set?  Waterset have lower resell value.
8) is your phone used? Is it stolen? Sometimes box and phone different imei.
9) hidden terms in their warranty like say warranty 5 years but a tiny line in their terms and condition mother board 5 years , phone 1 year,  accessories 1month
If sme original involve

1) if they swap u can make a big a fuss about it to tribunal and news paper samsung malaysia will sure settle for you their dealer might get terminated

2) if they dont honour their warranty can report to samsung via Facebook and twitter or tribunal or newspaper they sure help u settle its their name in stake. Ap they just said the warranty not covered here.

3) high probability their technicians are sent to korea to train compare to ah beng sdn bhd

4) the parts mostly original since they are by Samsung itself

5) will samsung malaysia close down? What u think?

6) anything not happy can report to tribunal or newspaper except you don't break their terms ans condition

7) make sure u check

9) all sme warranty are 1 year for phone and 6months for accessories except for extended warranty if available

guys, I need to do a hard reset.
What app that I can use to backup all my data?
My phone is not rooted.
If not total backup, at least need to backup sms, call log, whatsapp msg, any recommendation?

Can you sync all of your contact to Gmail first?
Never use a fruit phone before.

If you are able to do that, later when you are at your note 2, it's easily sync with your gmail contact.

Sync with gmail, yahoo or outlook. Whatever you choose. That is fastest.

Also for the backup, can use my backup pro, titanium backup pro.

Why use paid version? Extremely good for heavy flasher
