Just got my unit, grey colour at senq. The blue strip seal that hold the cover together was already broken, so i said i dont want. But the manager brought me to the cabinet and showed me that all boxes have been opened and explained that they want to inspect and ensure that all items are there. There was a case where their supplier took some accesorries. Do you think this sounds fishy? Anyway, I have checked the imei no and is the same.

Then i very bad luck. The manager helped to cut my simcard but when inserted, said the phone cannot detect as it is old simcard, not sure if it's he cut wrongly. Anyhow, i had to walk to the next building to digi center to get a new simcard...but damn, my phone no all hilang as it was kept inside my old sim. But my old simcard now already cut into microsim and i dont have adapter for my old phone.....

guys, i would like to remind everyone specially if you like to root your phone, my fren jsut bought a note2 last 2 weeks. at first few day everything works fine, so he root it and install custom rom since this is his hobby.... but dono due to wat reason his phone thursday got problem, not due to custom rom but the camera issue... so want to send for warranty and samsung detect that his phone was change b4! and refuse to gv free replacement.... i wondering can they do that? custom rom or not still not related with camara also right, is not like processor we can tweak the speed something like that... if ur camera is 8MP, after custom rom still 8MP wat...

how the story after that i dono already as i didnt hv any news update anymore..
last time heard that samsung vy cin cai with exchange policy but note 2 seems like not that case...

not necessary need nfc task launcher right? i just tap with other NFC enabled phone enough?

It has the blue sticker and the phone comes with a Sirim / mcmc sticker. So it's defiantly a SME set. My friend own's a big store, so no con case here. I did my research so i know how to differentiate between an AP and a SME set

From 1st page, there is a tutorial to increase grid size from 4X4 to , say 4X5 or 5X5 or 5X6 in Touchwiz UI.

In my phone, under Apps..the icons are already laid out in 5x5 grid. Means my phone already rooted when i bought it?

for me,it's comfortable when n2 is in the pocket while walking..either wearing jeans or casual trousers.but when sitting & wearing jeans/tight jeans,it's a bit difficult to take out n2 especially with the "maju ke depan" stomach. have to stand up 1st then only can take out easily.

True for me. But once you got it 'right', then it should be just okay.

I suggest you plug your old sim back to your old phone, then bluetooth all contacts over. That should solve your problem.
