guys, i have enabled the S Pen keeper function then deatttach the S Pen from the phone and walk away with the phone but the sound alert never make sound or anything. i have walk far away but nothing. what could have been wrong?

i have no data plan just use wifi but now i'm going out and i just subscribed to Celcom daily and i enable the Mobile Data icon but still no internet connection. what must i do? it used to be straight forward in my old galaxy mini.
