You only make your phone work harder to fill in back again all the cache thst you just cleared. More work means use more battery juice.
*
really? ooh ok, thanks for the info! i'll stop clearing memory from now on.

thanks for the info! maybe thats why it feels like my battery keeps lasting shorter and shorter lol.

by the way are there any games which fully utilizes note 2's processing power and graphics? I've seen through some of the common popular ones like Need for speed, but they don't seem up to par with what note 2 can do.

I think most people use task killer for
1) save battery
2) they like to see alot of free ram for god knows what reason

Now people in group (2) cannot be help much.  tongue.gif  But those that want to safe battery, quite frankly, these apps or tweaking kernels etc. wont get you much extra juice. In the end of the day, you will be worried about getting not enough juice and battery drain that you may use your device less than you want to.

Come on, you buy a high end device please use it to the fullest and enjoy it. Just get an extra charger for the office or car, or a portable power pack to recharge on the go, or a spare battery. Enjoy the phone, stop checking up on the ram and charge whenever you can.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Goodnight.

note 2 supposed to have 2 gig of ram, but in my ram status it only says 1.75.. is that normal?

well, I know about it and still go for N7100
There is no date for N7105 and I don't think you'll utilize it since our telco is not supporting it yet.
When it does, most probably we are at Note3

Other alternative, get it from Spore, their set is N7105
*
ahh could have gotten it from Spore then, too late lol ;(

made my first purchased for android! Bard's Tale since almost everyone had rave reviews about it... I saw the video gameplay for Spiderman and Dark Knight Rises for Note 2 as well and it looks awesome! Especially Spiderman... thinking of waiting for discount or will that be too long =/

I googled through forums regarding installing apps to external SD card, and i stumbled on this...

"Here are two answers I received from Samsung support regarding the use of the external memory card:

1. We understand you would like to know the information on installing the applications to the SD card, If possible.

According to our information, there is no option to install the application directly to SD card; However, If the application size is more than 1 GB it will be automatically installed on the SD card. The default memory for the applications which are less than 1 GB is Internal phone memory.

2. We understand you would like to know, If the Internal memory to the device(SGH-I747) is full, and you are attempting to install the application. You need to know if the installed application will be directed to the SD card memory.

According to our information, Yes the installed application will be directed to the SD card memory, If the phone memory is full. Thank you for the idea, we appreciate your thinking. You may continue the above process in order to install the applications on SD card (OR) you can move the applications from phone memory to SD card manually if it meets the size limitation."

Doesn't seem to be the case since my Bard Tales is installed in my internal memory even after they gave an option to choose SD card ;(

By the way, anyone downloaded/use torrent downloader apps in your Note? Interested in buying one, but not if that will affect/depreciate your phone's performance in the long run even when the app is not running...
