for those that purchased their unit from SenQ, did you manage to get them to cut your simcard to microsim for free?

may i know what is the latest OS version and how to check it? if later i see the version is not up-to-date, i would be able to upgrade on my own right? i hope there will be stock for grey unit later..

Just got my unit, grey colour at senq. The blue strip seal that hold the cover together was already broken, so i said i dont want. But the manager brought me to the cabinet and showed me that all boxes have been opened and explained that they want to inspect and ensure that all items are there. There was a case where their supplier took some accesorries. Do you think this sounds fishy? Anyway, I have checked the imei no and is the same.

baseband version is N7100DXALJ1
build no is JR003C.N7100XXALJ3
so is this the latest one? which one should i see? do i need to update anything?

Then the multi window already dissappear, was there, but duno what did i do, it disappear dy. SOS.

Then i very bad luck. The manager helped to cut my simcard but when inserted, said the phone cannot detect as it is old simcard, not sure if it's he cut wrongly. Anyhow, i had to walk to the next building to digi center to get a new simcard...but damn, my phone no all hilang as it was kept inside my old sim. But my old simcard now already cut into microsim and i dont have adapter for my old phone.....

Also, i bring my phone to touch and go card but nothing happen. Do i need to remove my casing?

the nfc launcher need to download or alr come with the phone?

when i press *#0*#, come our 8 rows of blue thing..UPC-A, EAN-13 and so on..what do i check actually?

I just tried my charger, so far so good..no hissing sound..but there is no LED indicator light up.

And when i plug in my earphone and play a song, sound still come out from speaker.

another code is #1234#, like not working one.

the earphone working fine now..had to cucuk until click sound.

the led setting already set to on..but i think it is because it says the LED will only appear when the screen is off during charging..but during charging, the screen become dim but not black.

just tested anytag NFC launcher, it is working..heard the beep sound..phew..

do you all remove the plastic that covers the phone perimeter? mine koyak dy

1- SenQ said dont have to register e-warranty as already got receipt. I would like to do it myself then as there is a instruction on a piece of paper, but there is no SMS number provided. Anyone know?

2- The tip of the s-pen is kinda loose, and it makes a sound like something is loose inside when moving. Normal?

3- How to set the image taken from camera goes directly to external card?

4- How to move images from gallery (internal memory) to (external memory) apart from doing it manually under 'my files'?

From 1st page, there is a tutorial to increase grid size from 4X4 to , say 4X5 or 5X5 or 5X6 in Touchwiz UI.

In my phone, under Apps..the icons are already laid out in 5x5 grid. Means my phone already rooted when i bought it?

I google on how to uninstall an app and found an instruction for note 1, which has an uninstall icon.
In our note 2, inside application manager, is Disable = Uninstall? or it just disable it from running but still installed?
