Guys what does virtual SD card means?

Im about to install ARHD ROM so i have to super wipe rite?

"The ROM file put at the virtual SD card" means on the internal storage? and the super wipe put it in the external SD card rite?
*
Virtual SD = ext SD

You can place in internal SD as well no problem.

If you use SuperWipe, it will wipe your internal SD.

That's why (recommended) to put in your external drive.

hello guys, may I ask if anyone is on Umobile's U28 or other telco's equivalent of 500mb data each month.... is this enough for you? say for whastapping, fb, light surfing and etc....

I know it's depends on the user itself, if he/she is a heavy data user.
I ask so because I do not have any data plan before, so i donno how should i gauge myself from there....

not sure if I should sign-up a data plan from digi or use the U28 from UMobile...

can anyone shed me some lights please... thanks...
*
Hmm...if you ask me, light surfing, controlled refresh for social network etc is enough for 500 mb. If you are connected to WiFi even better.

So, yes...pretty much if you really a 'jimat' person.

stock ROM no good? why keep flashing roms???
*
Cos that is android powr. Well, many love the stock and thought that is good. Yes correct but we (flasher) like to go for the best. Like adrenaline junkie. Not wrong but just crazy...and free biggrin.gif

Hmm...weird. Try to forget network on your phone and connect back. See if that works.

Why we keep flashing new ROM because we are addicted to ROM flashing.
We wanted to see new MOD, maximizing the phone potential.

Once you start flashing, you won't stop and wanted more.

You can start learning what is custom ROM, Kernel, Modem and other MOD from the Galaxy Note, Galaxy note 2 and XDA thread.
Very informative.

Believe it or not, my phone just crashed on me. I re-flashed a rom today and since then, I get random reboots and hangs. Not to forget SODs as well.

Previously it was working perfectly fine. Guess, I am going to wipe, flash and everything in between again! sad.gif

Reasons: She always drop her Note 2 so...you get the point. Just a wallet type of pouch type that is not over tick doh.gif

u all guys facing any problem with ur note 2?? any overheat problem??
im in dilemma choosing between note 2 and iphone 5.
seem like note 2 more function , iphone 5 look more solid to me.
i have been using s2, it is a bad experience to me,: auto restart, batteries drain fast, overheat(51c) , wifi hardware fried duo to overheat? repair it cost me rm600 to change mainboard  mad.gif

you guys just give comment  notworthy.gif
*
I used s2 since day one of launch and thus, this is what I feel.

1. Auto restarts
- check your app. Any not legit one?
- Check your kernel and rom as well

2. Battery die fast
- mine last for about 10 hours with moderate to heavy usage.
- control your app and you will be just fine

3. Overheat
- 51c is pretty normal but again, depending on how many apps you are running back ground
- on normal basis, 30-50 is normal

4. Wifi hardware fried
- wow no idea mate...

Note 2 is very good and improved a lot from s2. Of course, you can't compare i5 and GN2 as they are using different OS.

Ask yourself, what is that you want. Don't ever ask us what is better because we might love GN2, but you dont and vice versa. It is your money and thus, play with both phone and choose which suits you best.

There is no a better phone. It is just on self preference.

Hey ya peeps! Been following this topic for a couple of versions now (the topic moves really fast) and I may have missed out on the questions I may be asking below... Appreciate any feedback...

1. I just rooted without any ROM flashing (stock ROM) using the toolkit by mskip in XDA forums.... Wise to go for Omega since I wanna stick to stock as much as possible?

2. Titanium Backup or ROM Toolbox Pro? Both seem to have similar function and ROM Toolbox Pro seem to have more....

3. Currently using Apex launcher and whenever the sPen is pulled out, the Page Buddy for sPen does not present itself.... Any ideas to make that pop out like the stock launcher?

Any input is appreciated..... Thanks....

1. i have tried HyperNote and ARHD and i think ARHD is more stock like to me which suits me just ok!
2. i think alot would be using TB
3. no idea smile.gif

hahaha
*
1. If you want to stock, VERY stock is ARHD while Omega theme is slightly changed abit. Both are equally good.
2. Depends. Are you heavy flasher? If heavy flasher, get TB Pro as you can install and restore backup of apps in one go. If you are heavy tweaker, Rom ToolBox Pro is good. Depends what you really want.

3. Not sure. I don't think apex supports that and the only one now is TW. Again, I could be wrong sad.gif
