Thanks for the assurance. smile.gif
Still thinking should I do it tonight or when I'm really running out of space.
Still left with 6.78GB. Hehe.

At least now I know how easy it is, so nothing to fear about.
Once it's time, then I will do it. biggrin.gif

Thanks again. rclxms.gif

swapping will not affect performance
in fact reading speeds based on Antutu tests consistent shows faster than internal memory except only writing speeds. However most of time you will be reading from it rather than write
unless you have above normal average sense you will not notice any difference with default original setup

How is it difficult to follow?  hmm.gif

Original question is if you use Intellicase, you wear out your sensor because it runs 24/7.

I say how is it different if you use Quick Glance? You pointed out only that it only activates when the screen goes to sleep. I mentioned that by estimation, it would be around 20 hours per day the screen is off (maybe more depnding on your personal usage) and that 20 hours and 24 hours is no different as it's still a long time the sensor needs to be on.

So basically if somebody can say they don't mind using Quick Glance, should be no problem to use Intellicase as it's only around 4 or 5 hours more usage of the sensor per day.
*
Someone can say they dun mind using quick glance or intellicase or anything that uses proximity sensor 24/7. But it does NOT change the fact it MIGHT reduce the lifetime of the proximity sensor. If your warranty already end, and u go samsung n say oh its because your quick glance kill it, they dun give a shit either.

Basically i throw this doubt hoping someone with knowledge on this can clear some light on the lifespan of the proximity sensor. Saying the quick glance uses it as well helps nothing. whistling.gif

The speed is nothing much of my concern.
Just feel sayang to lose out the Best Face feature.

By the way, my whole FB albums were synced to my Gallery.. sweat.gif
It takes time every time I open Gallery. Any way to hide these albums?

Yeah just keep all songs/movies/photos on external sd and you should not need to swap. For games if you dun wanna swap internal/external try directory bind.

Not fussy is just annoying. If u are new you are suppose to read the manual and refer your question from the manual not come lowyat waiting spoonfeed. If cant u should call Samsung hotline and ask for technical support
