well known fact. also me & my bros used to have asthma. my 2nd bro had it really really bad....now no more smile.gif

we went swimming cos my mum wanted us to learn how to swim when we were kids, we didnt know the benefits it had for asthma till the instructors told us tongue.gif just important to have medication near of course .

havent had an asthma attack in years.

did not swim during puberty.
