I pity the people who buy Protons. Then later I laugh at them

don't blame Proton - blame it on the consumer 'tidak-apa' mentality. somebody should 'sue' the daylight out of Proton - then they will know. 

Sebelum teknikal head Proton datang, saya pun dan test drive kereta kawan saya yang sama model dan agak sama bulan keluaran. Dapati mereka tidak mempunyai masalah tersebut. Ini pun terbukti, mereka tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah saya, dan terus tidak mahu tanggungjawab ke atas produk yang bermasalah ini.

if they have the money to sue proton....they won't be buying proton in the first place.
and not like they'll win. proton is mahathir's little baby....just like our judiciary system.

i'll blame the service center. i recommend go find a better one.

i've found one in JB. the mechanic (or engineer rather) would do everything to solve even my slightest issue with the car. my exora's steering had a slight but noticeable "whrrr" while turning. he checked it, agreed there's the sound, and start diagnosing the problem.

finally he decided the steering mechanism (cant remember which part) was wearing out, and ordered a replacement. he then told me to come back 5 days later. i came back, got it replaced, and came back happy customer.

but the center's queue is really long. everybody already know their tiptop service. now everybody wanna go there.

moral of the story is, it boils down to the person who meets the customer that reflects on the performance of the company.

Yaya last time i was cruising on highway with my superb saga blm SE year 2009 and there was this fella so action want to overtake my superb saga blm SE year 2009 with his lauya Proton Preve year 2012 but was jerking madly and all of sudden stopped at the side dunno why.
