Traded in my old car to buy 1.6sx. Who should pay for puspakom inspection fee (seller or used car dealer)? How much is the puspakom inspection fee?

Got my car 2 weeks ago, Forte 1.6sx titanium silver, WXP2xx5. I like the keyless entry feature, electric auto-folding mirror, and reverse camera, kinda cool......
Besides, I tinted my car with raytech security + solar tint, it cool off vy fast during hot weather. 😊

No major problem with the car. Some little imperfection are:
1) the radio volume will become softer by itself, but already fixed by naza auto solution by upgrading FW.
2) Gps could not recognize the s/w key - solved by updating the new map 😓. The staff frm naza auto solution told me that the old batch of forte will have that problem.

So far, no reception problem, but need more days to monitor......

Jalan 225, Petaling Jaya (behind red cube). Their service is pretty fast, I went there during lunch time. They settled my problem within 15 min.
