now the smallest size is 1186 sqf to largest 1554 sqf..with 700psf...830k onwards..wow...

from the layout measurements, and some reference to Capers (both shares quite a number of similarities after all), it could be
6 unit / floor configuration: 3 x Type A Genting view (38.7m total length) 2 x Type B + 1 x Type C in the centre, KLCC view (44.85m total length) OR 8 unit / floor configuration: 4 x Type A Genting view (51.6m total length) 2 x Type B + 2 x Type C in the center, KLCC view (57.4m total length) If the configurations above turns out to be true, then in terms of sizing...i think it's more balanced now as there's no more "small" unit facing KLCC, so all the units can be priced more reasonably such that: Type B unit, the largest unit, gets the best view KLCC of course Type C unit, although a rather huge 2 room unit, gets KLCC view, hence justifies the premium Type A unit, the most utilitarian unit, gets a less spectacular view, so kind of break even between being practical and getting less great view |
