heard that price between block a and block d is 10k. anybody manage to get the drop off unit from block a?

u have to pay the 10% of house price when u sign s&p. for example 800k house u, since u pay 30k u just need to pay 50k more. legal fee & stamp duty for loan agreement with bank should be less than 12k. try get some discount it can be less than 10k or even lesser. mrta with around 800k will be about 30k for below age 30. once construction complete and then coming out with the title, expect to pay around 20K++ stamp duty.for phase 1 they give around 3 months for settle all the document.

for 70% one. pay up to 10% when u sign snp. they are on progress claim basis. when they finish 10% of project they won't ask u to pay anything. when they finish up to 20%, u have to pay another 10% to developer. for those borrow 90%, developer will just claim from bank. depends on their progress
