we applied for RHB, been promised 35 years, BLR-2.5% whole tenure. havent gotten the approval yet. just applied.

Have u been there the sales office?

For other projects yes you may need to worry but for Fennel at least phase 1 the banks were already giving out loan based on net selling price.

The prices are shown in initial selling price, discount amount and net sellin price and its the net selling price that would be in SnP so banks would only give loan based in what it is stated in the SnP.

Conclusion? No effect on Fennel.
Suggestion? Get to know more bout this project 1st before worrying?

don need ban lah. unfair for those who really interested in discussing Fennel.

for the DDD camp, biar lah let them continue buy so you can take advantage later isnt that your plan? why bother commenting and keep condeming the property? you yourself wouldnt like it when you happily purchase something but people kept on pouring cold water on you isnt it.

for the UUU camp, and those purchased, congrats on the paper gain (better than none isnt it) i believe they have the holding power and hopefully in future they could have real gain. biggrin.gif
