Hello mkhooi, tq for the comprehensive update. Yes, i intend to buy and stay. I use the lrt station everyday and travelled a fair bit to reach the station so i am going to avoid doing that...just dump all my resources into it and use my other investment hopefully to pay off the expensive mtn fee. I like the design and the park. I dont care about the vicinity so convenience and comfort are my utmost priority. If the price goes up unexpectedly in 4 years time, i can consider to sell. Otherwise i hope to keep and prays i have good neighbours. After saying all that, i hope the price is within reach....and not so far from the first launch.

Well said Minolta! I wish i had known about Capers and bought for my own stay and now the price so super expensive for a small unit, i am prepared to wait 4yrs for Fennel. It is absolutely own judgemental, no right or wrong. I am so drawn to the concept of the space, sky gardens, 1acre park, the design, the classyness, sexy looking building...like i am so attracted to a woman..lololol

Why launch Block A n D first? How does these 2 blocks compared to B n C. In terms of price got savings. In terms of location inside the area? What's the main difference or really no difference but with exception of klcc view..is it?
