Someone has pointed out that saffron & tamarind are using light weight concrete for some of the walls.
this is correct. However, noise is not really an issue. I can confirm on this as i stayed in saffron before.

ytl is still performing some goodwill basis repair work at saffron even after the warranty period and for subsale buyers.

this caught us by surprise as i heard this from a friend who still stays there.

when i recently went back to settle all the maintenance fees to get my final payment (sold my saffron recently), i met one young man (subsale buyer). i chatted with him and managed to probe into his nose. he was the one of the subsale buyer who managed to get the developer to perform some repair work for free.

overall, still a very nice condo after so many years. if not because i moving out of city, i will not sell it.

now, having itchy but*. Feel like masuking fennel as invesment and monitor remotely until VP.

3rd line MRT will be across sentul from sri kembangan to selayang....

Which part of seri kembangan area? near equine park?

For MRT 2, a lot of speculation that it will link with Titiwangsa Monorail and LRT.

Hope that everything can be finalized by first quarter of 2013

In front of Festival City Mall, personally, I don't think so

It shud be RM600 psqft. sizes ranging 1000-1300 sqft from what I heard.

CBT understands that the final details on the second line would be announced next month. MRT 2 or billed as the center circle line is widely speculated to serve the KL city centre and the financial district which include Dataran Perdana, Damansara Town Centre, Jalan Ipoh, Sentul, Semarak, KLCC, KL Eco City and Bukit Bintang.

"The feasibility studies for future MRT lines are still being carried out. We still need to iron out several things including the alignment and public engagement. It is still work in progress for the final evaluation on MRT 2,” Nur Ismal added.

How this MRT2 is going to affect YTL sentul east project(saffron, tamarind, capers, fennel, dxxxxx) since the mrt stop are quite a distance from those project sites.

Sentul still dont have proper shopping center yet.

nearest mall now is River City AEON Big.. their master plan also have hotel last time ( back in 2004)

sentul prime will have tesco but heard the plan cancel?

according to the YTL master plan, there will be few more condo around the sentul park but now only have maple...still long way to go

From what I recall.. there is a "Mall" in the master plan although from what I see, it isn't a huge one. YTL announced this at the last D7 preview launch event which I attended.

Yeah... Damn slow... From what i see the skybridge is only connecting d7 and d6. How about the connection between ktm and star lrt station???? I think it gonna take at least 10 more years to materialize without any property crash in between. If we have crash in between, sure longer than 10 years.... I m lost of patient!!!

I believe he was referring to the other LRT station after the one before the temple so I also believe it is since it is designated as commercial mall area in the masterplan.
My guess is that Fennel will be priced between 650 - 700 psf.
