this is correct. However, noise is not really an issue. I can confirm on this as i stayed in saffron before.

ytl is still performing some goodwill basis repair work at saffron even after the warranty period and for subsale buyers.

this caught us by surprise as i heard this from a friend who still stays there.

when i recently went back to settle all the maintenance fees to get my final payment (sold my saffron recently), i met one young man (subsale buyer). i chatted with him and managed to probe into his nose. he was the one of the subsale buyer who managed to get the developer to perform some repair work for free.

overall, still a very nice condo after so many years. if not because i moving out of city, i will not sell it.

now, having itchy but*. Feel like masuking fennel as invesment and monitor remotely until VP.

CBT understands that the final details on the second line would be announced next month. MRT 2 or billed as the center circle line is widely speculated to serve the KL city centre and the financial district which include Dataran Perdana, Damansara Town Centre, Jalan Ipoh, Sentul, Semarak, KLCC, KL Eco City and Bukit Bintang.

If YTL continue to build just residential and office building in this area, definitely not much boom effect here!
Unless they find out innovative ways that are different from others, like dare to build a shopping mall and hotel here!
Sometimes need to break the rules, breakthrough thinking to come up something new and different!

With this short distance to LRT/MRT and city centre, unique wavy design, freehold..
I guess will be around 800psf as Capers will price about the same once complete
Maybe higher, because they are not target local anymore
