That is why the analysts are saying that YTL Land is sitting on a gold mine as the Sentul area will be re-rated once the MRT plans are confirmed. That will mean that the price of properties there will also be re-rated.

so confident with ytl... imho, i agree with u that this will be HOT!

ppl like the iconic senget building design and the fact that sentul east is close proximity KLCC.
further coupled with:

-KTM and 2 Star stations (walking distance some more)
-surrounding subsale price >650psf

future
-KVMRT
-link bridges from condos to stations
-supermarket
-HSR (speculative)

It will be sure interesting to see how the market will react.

Never work there. Stayed @ Sentul from born to 20 years old. Our old papan house is still there.

Strategic location, but far from atas place, & this is "Malaysia way" of development.

People shout The Fennel RM 800 psf to RM 1000 psf for MRT, it does not attract me, let them BBB loh. Haha.

I think ytl should update the master plan as that was 10yrs before!

Hmm, my logic is very simple good for tenant bad for resident (own stay).
Tenant normally like it when the security is not that strict. Again, I am not saying the 1S security is not strict.

The view for Fennel at KLCC will be blocked by Capers, another side of the view will be facing the old town of Sentul. So yay or nay?

Site is cleared when I visit it. This is very walkable to LRT station but this depends on where the entrance is.

Accessibility from jalan tun rzak and mahameru, Tamarind and Saffron is still better then Capers. Hopefully YTL will consider this one.

Where is the site? Is the one opposite capers? If so, its still quite far from star lrt. And it looks unsafe at night.. It is dark and no proble walkway.

Will provide skybridge direct link to the station..but I dont think the people who can afford buy this Fennel will use LRT 

If RM600 psf... this can become a BBB project!
