May be thats why they charge sky high maintenance fee. JMB can build another block with that cash. crazy.

I am truly agree on that. Potential is there.. Price should be 700-900psf range. Since this is relatively high density, i hope the maintenance will be less steep.. Prepare to load two units...do u guys whey the launching date?

Afterall, i buy property is for mid to long term investment. The location and potential is there... I dont see why i shouldn't go for it.

Strategic location, but far from atas place, & this is "Malaysia way" of development.

People shout The Fennel RM 800 psf to RM 1000 psf for MRT, it does not attract me, let them BBB loh. Haha.

Thats the problem.. Its their speed to develop the area. Once the MRT is approved, they can have this catalyst and use this point to jack up the price.. Still good in long term play...

Where is the site? Is the one opposite capers? If so, its still quite far from star lrt. And it looks unsafe at night.. It is dark and no proble walkway.

Site is cleared when I visit it. This is very walkable to LRT station but this depends on where the entrance is.

Accessibility from jalan tun rzak and mahameru, Tamarind and Saffron is still better then Capers. Hopefully YTL will consider this one.

Why not taking train to office or mall if the bridge is safe? Less hassle... But the problem is how they link it to star and ktm? Can someone show where exactlty is the fennel?
