Yes, we are talking the same condo - setia sky residences, bordering of kampung baru, east hospital, west hospital, north also hospital, very convenient and good Feng Shui, all the time traffic jam, very "ong" smile.gif

Apart from the signature developments eg Bayan tree, 4 Seasons etc, KLCC prices around 1.3 to 1.5k psf. Quite a number of dev in KV as well as Iskandar already touching that level.

One of the ytl condo in sentul east even got RM2million sitting in the JMB account. so rich.

That is why the analysts are saying that YTL Land is sitting on a gold mine as the Sentul area will be re-rated once the MRT plans are confirmed. That will mean that the price of properties there will also be re-rated.

May be thats why they charge sky high maintenance fee. JMB can build another block with that cash. crazy.

Why there is no insider news about when and how much they will lauch for this project????

That's why many flippers in sentul project too?

It looks like many vacant units looking for tenant.

Anyone staying there? How is the occupancy there?
